Ships randomly undock?

I had a ship that was docked at a home-base (online), with nobody else in my faction besides me.

One day I logged on, and the ship was simply gone?

I'm not the only one with this issue I think, because many reports of safely docked ships that suddenly undock or have gone missing have been made.

So I wonder, is this a bug? Or is there an exploit to undock docked ships?

Well I was playing on a server and one of my large ships was stolen from home world and replaced by a small ship...

something fishy is going on, there are many threads about that already, and I suspect that it is some kind of exploit... maybe related to the moving sectors system or updates on server side....

I logged on and my ship was simply gone. It was safely docked at my home base when I last logged on and now it\'s nowhere in sight. The weirdest part about it was when I logged back on it said undocking in the top right corner, but I wasn\'t even in my ship and my ship was already gone. Can anyone help?
