Ships move through you, causing you to become stuck

Ships under AI (or other player?) control can phase through an astronaut by repeatedly trying to move or pivot through them, apparently, and as a result cause the astronaut to become stuck inside the ship (requiring either a suicide or logout, as the "are you stuck?" thing does not appear at all)

(In this case, it was pivoting. It appeared as if it was having difficulty, like it was bouncing off me, but eventually managed to overcome it.)
