Ships from Imported Catalog arn't buying (Fixed)

I imported a whole load of ships from the ships part of this website, uploaded them to the local catalog, buy none of them are being bought and my money isnt decreaseing either. Help

YA FIX THIS IS RUINING MY SERVER LARGE NUMBER OF PEOPLE ARE FREAKING SPAWINING IN BATTLESTAR GALACTICAS AND NOT FUCKNIG PAYING AND LAGGING THE SERVER TO SHIT WHILE THEY SALVAGE THEM OVER AND OVER

I actually have the exact opposite problem that i can\'t get my ship, and are getting charged for it. The blue triangle apears then quickly goes, no ship, less money.
