Ship starts deteriorating

I had been playing the first hour or so fine, exploring planets and trying to get credits to build up my vehicle.



After a while of searching I found my third trade station. I tried saving my craft, which didn't work for some reason, so I decided to give up and just build it up some more.



Then I noticed that there were tons of parts missing and damaged. I assumed this was because I had landed hard before, so I replaced the blocks. But as I was doing so, I noticed that not only were they damaged, but they were GETTING damaged, very rapidly. Each piece showed the breaking animation slowly until they just disappeared altogether. I quickly salvaged all the parts hoping to fix the problem with a new craft.



Made a new ship- looked at it for a while, it was fine just by itself. Attach one energy unit, oh, the energy unit starts to break, and when it's gone the core rapidly breaks down.



I restart the game multiple times and it never fixes the problems.



And I'm having horrible sound issues... but that's for another time.



I literally can't play. Everything I build starts to blow up immediately. I can't redo the tutorial because it just goes away.

I\'ve experienced this too, but it doesn\'t seem to be as bad for me. Basically my ship just detoriates a bit, but that\'s all.

You are near a star. Your ship is being burnt away. Move away from said star and you should be fine.
