Ship docking in structure instead of "on" structure.

Hi Schema!

When i dock my ship all go's well.
But when i move out of sector and return to my docked ship, the docking bay is suddenly within my ship.
The docking structure is clipping the ship.

Please fix this bug so we can create great looking docking ports.
