Ship build advanced mode improvements

Hi i noticed that when building ships in the advanced mode rotating blocks and things is a littel tedious EG.

you have to hold ctrl then click the arrows (btw the image is far too small to see) and then hope its right and if its not then you have to brake it and start ageain

so this is my ideia to add when in advanced mode you can place the block then select it with the c key and then just scrole the mouse wheel to rotate it

You can already rotate blocks with the mouse wheel. Hold ctrl and scroll with the cursor away from the adv-build options.
