Ship bug

Well. im making a quite big ship on my singleplayer world, but when i log on the next day, my core room just weren't there. just gone. but the strange part where that only my core room that disappeared. (i made a room for it in the middle of the ship) the core room where the first thing i made so it cant be that it dint save.

well i must make a new ship now, but i think the bug should be fixed (if it is a bug)

Had the same trouble several times with my current project as well. As an example,i was building the frame of the bridge and after i was done,i exited the game like always. When i launched it again a few hours later,the frame that i build was simply gone,as if i had never built it at all.
