Bug Shields not generating

when i was checking out my shield regeneration on a ship i was building, i noticed that it was generating 0 a sec, even though i had hundreds of SD blocks and enough power gen. after the 0/sec it says Blocks R/C: 0/6332; powerCons: 0.0. is anyone else getting this?

There was a recent update that split Regen and Capacity.
The Normal Shield blocks will increase your total shields, but wont give you regen, you need to get the New Shield recharger block to regen shields (5.5 Regen per Block iirc).

so you will have to replace some blocks of your old ships
