Just a small trick you can use, so say if you need an exact amount of power to activate a large torpedo for instance.

Its mostly self explaining, screen shot.

The trick is getting the display unit positioned right. In this case 3 infront and 1 down from camera.

Anyone know if or how to centre the text?

Are they thinking on putting regeneration rates in?

Yeah I love doing that. I even tried to orient one facing upward and placing the info on the lowest 4 lines or top two.

I've never thought of doing something like that, it's pretty clever :D

You might be able to fine tune it varing the angle of view in the startup settings.

Another good point. I do use multiple cameras for certain readouts. Especially useful with logic based displays on super capships.

Something similar, I use colour coding lights around some of the cameras. Especially for titans when your cameras are set to have a clear view of your surroundings, with little or not enough reference from your hull to tell the direction your looking.

Single red light its forward facing red light towards centre axis
Side views Red rear, blue or green forward
Up or down. Red rear, blue or green forward and then pick a colour to denote left or right constantly

I also have a bunch of individual docking permit and docked indicators in my main control room and activation switches for various things. A camera there would help me quickly check things, something I'm going to have to look into that.
