Server crashing very often

So the server I help admin keeps crashing, almost constantly. Console keeps saying 'Waiting for pong" and this locks up the server so much it has to be force-killed and restarted. A lot of players' work is going down the drain because of this, and there doesn't seem to be any cause for it.

We tried updating to the pre-build which supposedly fixed such things, it\'s still doing this.

Now it seems to do it when a certain player joins the game. I\'ve had him run speedtest and his network seems fine. But when he joins, 15 - 20 seconds later, waiting for pong spams console and server explodes. This is a really stupid problem, and makes no sense whatsoever. I tried putting him in other sectors, no dice. WHAT DO

What player is it, he may be Ddosing you

He wasn\'t. I had the owner check for that, Yesterday it did this when a different player joined. It\'s like the game is choosing at random a player, and when that player joins it locks up and dies. I know we\'ve lost a lot of players over this issue.
