Bug Server crash on shutdown

I shutdown my StarMade server to run some system updates using the /shutdown command in the console (nobody was logged in at the time). It took unusually long to stop, then crashed and gave me the attached log file.
I am running StarMade 0.1421 on a 64 bit Debian 7 server.
The server started back up fine and nothing appears to have been corrupted.
