Serious Starmade Problem

Hi there ~

I've played starmade for a while and have a new computer. Starmade just refuses to work.

I updated my Graphic Driver, Java, and Windows 8.1, but it still crash during the first loading, the one with black background. My computer is a Toshiba Satellite C50-A-19U

core : i3-3110M graphics : Intel HD graphics 4000

4GB RAM 1600MHz

500GB (5400rpm) SATA
