Sending and reading mail via server commands?

Is it possible to send mail to faction or players via server command?
I'd like to add a bit RP elements to my server and I need to automatically send emails to players. Because they need to get some info even offline.

The mail function delivers mail even if the user is offline. Just make sure you get the username right.
