Saved ships spawning without turrets or drones.

I have recently built a carrier that holds around 47 drones and repair ships, and another 10 turrets. I saved the ship with all the drones and turrets attached, but when i load it in, only a hand full of docked ships spawn in. The ships that do spawn in are fairly consistent as far as i can tell, i used both the admin command and the shop. I checked the files and only the docked drones that do spawn in have a DATA folder, the rest of the drones dont. Does this have a fix?

Okay, i was playing the game and it randomy fixed itself! I resaved it a couple of times and it suddenly worked, so it might work by resaving a couple of times. But if you have other fixes, please share them.

I have a ship that no matter how many times I resave it, it will always spawn with the same 6 turrets. I would be interested to hear of any other fixes since this is now not just isolated to me.
