I have noticed that if you delete a Blueprint a .sment is made and save in the exported directory, problem is it likely has the same name as your recently update ship. This means versioning is difficult and manual as often you want the older files as a backup and it can mean you sometimes upload the older version to CC if you aren't careful.
Could the exports please include the 'version' of StarMade the are made with in their filename of the .sment?
So Cruiser.sment in the current version would be Cruiser.0.19498.sment (or something) and once an update happens the version number would increment without overwriting. Just to clarify, this is not multiple blueprints, just a exported .sment if the ship is saved within a version (recycling that filename during the life of that update).
