How to play Starmade through Steam on Windows 7 (workaround)
1. Open notepad
2. Copy and Paste directory for StarMade-Starter.exe on line 1
3. Type "pause" on line 2
4. Save as Starmade.bat
5. Convert Starmade.bat to an .exe
6. Add Starmade.exe to steam as a non-steam game
Optional
Move your "Starmade" folder into "My Documents"
Create an .ico for your new .exe to use
I got bored and wanted Starmade on steam. (Impatience Powers Activate!)
IDK if moving the directory is needed for everyone, whenever I run my .exe the starter can't seem to find the install unless it's in My Documents.
I used this to convert my bat to exe.
