Its a good thing really, passing on the leadership so another player will learn how to manage a faction or group. I'll be joining a new faction with 5 of my old friends said they'll join me too.

Its not a bad thing, its a new start of a new era of ship building with a different faction.

Old ships that I've made will be left to the new leader.
