restore a .ent into a sector

my server crashed tonight and several sectors were empty upon restarting
is it possible to replace a .ent file back into a sector?

since all ships lost are in the catalog but the space station is not and the station was built after the last backup was done.

also Bug tracker does not seem to be working for me atm,
and does not seem to have the option of sending logs downloaded from a server only logs from my pc,
how do i send the report and logs manually? or should i post them here

sector have been restored, seems when a client that logged out while in the affected sectors before the crash ,logged in, the sectors were returned to normal
was strange that the sectors were empty but the entity files for their contents were still present in the server database
