Request: Show system time in a HUD window

I frequently lose track of time while playing the game, and would like a small HUD element that shows the current local time, preferably near the top center or top right part of the screen.

Under general settings, 'Draw Network Statistics in HUD' & 'Draw Lag Statistics in HUD' both have the time.
