Repainteable Hulls

    So, my idea is essentially to remove the necessity of a texture pack for hulls. Rather than have every hull piece have the same texture, which can be a bit dull, why not have an in-game paint program controllable from a station-only block (so it's something a factory can be desired for) in which any kind of hull can be redesigned according to one's preferences, depending on how much paint items have been fed into it per that design? Any transparencies just have the basic hull in that place, so it essentially works like painting over that hull block.

    In this way, ships can be designed in a far more fancy way, and, as it needs to be done block by block for each individual design, it's slow enough to create (probably actually pretty analogous to the amount of time it'd take to paint a real structure, I'd reckon) that it shouldn't really affect memory too much on servers.
