? Remote Docking?

I was inspired by a little Tug ship by SkylordLuke and with shipyards now a thing I started a full on work tug.

Questions are; 1. Can I, From entity A. undock entity B. from entity C. and then dock entity A. to entity X with remotes? 2.How?

I would like to move ships and turrets around my shipyard from my work tug and be able to dock them.

For the undocking part that is possible currently yes, However, due to the way docking works at this stage, it is not possible to remotely dock something, this may be possible once the eventual magnetic docking is implemented.

The method of undocking is fairly simple in itself. All you need to do is to have an activation module bound to a rail, when it is activated and entity docked to this rail or that runs over said rail should get undocked.
