So I was playing and went to my base, and when I got close I noticed this strange red number that kept flashing up, then decided to pay attention to it. Every 6 seconds this red text would pop up for about half a second, maybe less. So i decided to try and figure out what it was, took some time. Then counted 6 seconds, and took a screenshot of it.
then I looked at what it said, and there may be a problem because it says insufficient energy: 4604/3300 which if that is saying how much energy there is, 4604 out of the 3300 required... then its a bit off.
