Really low Fps

Sometimes on a server, my fps gets to 60, but most of the time its around 8-12 or lower.

Here are my computer specs.

Processor 2.13 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo

Memory 2 GB 1067 MHz DDR3

Graphics NVIDIA GeForce 9400M 256 MB

Software OS X 10.8.4 (12E55)

This game is more intensive than you think.

I have an i7 3.4 GHz quad, 12 GB RAM and an ATI 6770 GPU. Normally I get around 500 fps, b ut sometimes even with this, I drop to 60 :P

so should i get a new graphics card or ram, or nothing.
