Real 3D movements for astronauts, right now they are bound to the bottom, which is normally the bottom in the system, but also can be the one of artificial or planetary gravity. While this is ok, ther is no reason why they only turn their heads and not their body while floating in space. They should move like a vessel.
If they where once affected by artificial gravity they shouldn't turn back once the gravity is turned off.
