reactors with stabilizers and chamber conduits for example.

Eh, he was talking about grouping the new power blocks into the same multi-slot (or two if chambers and conduits are in a separate multi-slot) in build mode, like rail stuff and storage. This would allow for power to take a maximum of one or two slots in the hotbar, instead of having to fill the whole hotbar with reactors, stablilizers, conduit and chambers.
