The answer used to be "no," but I'm wondering if anything has changed in recent updates? I was watching Bench's video for his "Black Widow" ship and one of the features listed was a radar jammer. I couldn't think how that could be of any help on a ship that obviously contained multiple ship cores. Even if enemy players and AI can't see the main ship core, they're going to see all of the docked ship cores used in the rail system/turrets.
Unless this has changed, it also answers another question I'm seeing on the forums asking about the continued viability of plex doors. Plex doors would still be helpful for ships that were trying to avoid a radar signature.
