Q: what diameter are planets?

I understand that at the moment planets are all the same size. How much is the diameter in blocks?

Nothing to do on a sleepless night...
I positioned myself touching a plent in one of the cardinal directions and the distance to the marker is just over 250 meters. Assuming 1 meter = 1 block, it means planets are 500 meters in diameter and have an area of just under 200 million sqaure meters/blocks.

According to the info you get when you place a build block on a planet, they are 480 blocks (meters) wide.
