Public permission block not working with docking beam

Not sure if this is a bug, or an unimplemented feature.

In 0.09386, the new public permission block for factions got introduced.

Basically, I'm trying to make some sort of public docking area, but it refuses to work, my guess is that it doesn't work with the docking beam yet?

Or do people necessarily need a faction block?

Okay found out that the docking beam simply doesn\'t work for this feature yet, would be awesome if it did :P
