Problems with the format?

Every so often the forums seems to not load proper, showing the default Purple colour on links I already viewed instead of White, and the Navigation bar at the top seems a little screwy o -o

It started happening after the forums were down for a bit this morning (which was around 3pm GMT).
Am using Chrome on Windows 7 if it matters :u

Sames happening here. Perhaps it is related to the fact that star-made.org changed providers recently?
