Problem with buying ships.

I am able to import the ships, and get it into the "personal" section of the catalogue. But every time I buy a ship all the turrets and shuttles are undocked.

Is there a way to prevent this?

Could be caused by the ship being saved on a game with docking enhancers NOT required. And then trying to make it work on a game that DOES require docking enhancers?
