NP Pre-empt CR refugee thread

This is not cheesy repaste from Ridik.

This is a temporary administration and division of assets thread, with the intention to ease the sudden change in the faction Colbalt Royalty.

This administration has a few roles.

- Find settlement for new members
- Distribute CR assets based on activity
- Distribute assets to GenX and Shattered Skies team
- Allow members to remain connected as friends
- Thwart attempts at factions using "high pressure tactics" to head hunt.

I will begin working on this ASAP so no member gets "dirked" so to speak, and all separate on good terms, as friends to continue Starmade journey.

Anything that I perceive as detrimental to protecting the interests of CR members will be removed. NO EXCEPTION.
[DOUBLEPOST=1437980074][/DOUBLEPOST]Phase 1 is completed - All ships and assets are now LOCKED to L5. This will prevent stealing while it happens.

Phase 2 will start soon - The goal is to begin distributing left over assets. Atlas will receive 9/10 of all resources to match proportion of CR internal transfer.

Phase 3 (Station movment) will start today if admins are available.

Phase 4 was completed unintentionally as CR members internally transferred to Atlas with the exception of Max_Stripes who began his own faction.

Aceface stepped down and disbanded CR, but shortly after he joined AA.

SS was wiped so teh CR reserve base there is gone
EE CR reserve base is also aparently missing and the faction there is down to 2 members
Mandalore is accepting any and all old CR members who wish to join. (as of yet we have no forum thread... i deleted teh last one since Mandalore ended up merging with CR at the time)

Yeah, we are wondering whether we take all the ship and literally "Go out with a bang" or distribute it. I am thinking about the fight everyone and everything option :p

seriosly tho the ammount of classified systems in them are too high. if released i will make sure they are not armed...

Phase 2 isn't completed yet, but Phase 4 was completed unintentionally.

By keeping the current coms PM open, there is now a talk channel between old CR members. I might extend this to a steam group.

So all that is left is deciding whether to distribute left over ships, fight with them till glorious end or getting admins to /destroy_entity_dock.
