Bug Power Supply Beam Computer not showing?

I recently had an idea which requires the passing of one ship's energy regeneration to a larger one, but after putting the computer on a platform for testing, I opened up the weapons tab to find....
Nothing?

Ok, i just tested this. I got the same problem, no computer showing in the weapons tab. Untill i placed the actual powersupply beam, then it showed up. Give that a try.
