power and shield detectors, logic blocks

2 logic blocks that detect if something is present on a ship.
power detector gives signal when power is present.
shield detector gives signal when shields are present.

this can be nice to have some sort of alternative wireless signal using supply and drain beams, but then you don't need to connect all the wireless logic and you can activate every signal 1 by 1 with 1 beam.
