Buff all blocks but armor and mass based, nerf energy.
So less barrels will do more damage and everything will continue tied to energy.

Is there a reason why you want turrets to be buffed?
Why would you buff shields on turrets but want armor to remain unchanged?
What kind of energy ner do you want? Reduced power capacity, reduced regeneration or both?
How exactly would buffing weapons on turrets improve the performance of weapons with fewer barrels?

    When reading this, I think:
You want 1 cannon barrel block to kill a 10x10x20 ship.
    OR
You want Warhammer40k style battles which just take longer because cannons are heavier and need more energy and peoples don't carry that many.

i want turrets doing more realistic(believable) damage without overpower the main ship weapon, actually a turret take too much extra space

ok, this scale? (A ship from Eve Online)
But what would you do against players trying this:

Keep power per damage point the same?
Keep mass per damage point the same?
(affects weapon system, not hull to enclose it)

How would you buff the turret survivability so that players don't put 90% block count in armour on turrets but rotating a ship in showcase-mode on a market showcase-plate is still viable?
