Point of "Features" forum?

Could someone remind me why we have the "Features" forum when, at the moment, it is functionally identical to the "Suggestion" forum? Personally I think we need to either get rid of it or change it to a "Game Mechanics" forum that is for discussion about how the game actually works, tutorials, generator designs, etc.

It needs moderation, as you suggested, it should be a discussion of the games current features, not suggestions.
