Player Teleporter

I suggest that for Multiplayer you can teleport players (and yourself) down on to planet's orbits. It would be a bit like the teleporter from Star-Trek. I think this would be very useful for Starmade when playing with friends, you should also be able to teleport people back by selecting targets in a ui.

The UI will select certain people that you have allowed and only the ship owner can use it.

I have two things to say about this:

1. Suggested so damn many times that I suspect OP didn\'t even consider using search.

2. I am not overly fond of it, prefering players using proper personnel shuttles to travel back and forth. More immersive for me, too.
