Player Labeling

Since there is friendly fire, in and out of factions, I'd like to see some sort of Label or Color telling me they are my enemy and/or friend.

Target coloration based on neutral/enemy/ally is already in the game.
Blue is neutral, red is enemy, and green is ally.

It must be glitched. Because My friends and I can see blue on the ship, and \"sometimes\" green on the minimap. Never consistent, and never bright enough.

Players Out of ship need to have labels, not just the ships with faction modules.
