The way you view planets in this game is bizarre, I don't know if it's intentional or not but why is it you can see the sky of a planet that is far away, yet closer planets appear as a flat colour? It doesn't make any sense, when approaching a planet I expect to see more of it, but upon approach it just reverts to a gibbous state (which I hope is placeholder because it doesn't change as the day and night cycles).
If I look at Venus through my telescope it appears as a bright yellow blob of which I can only make out it's current 'lunar' state like crescent, gibbous etc. If I were to move closer to Venus I would see more detail, I would see mountains, and ridges, and weather patterns. Star Made has this the opposite way round. Not to mention the way planets jump to a different place when you get closer to them.
I feel a lot of work needs to be done on planets.
