Planet Destruction

Hey guys, patched my server yesterday to latest version (0.19582). Today i tried killing some planets that contained faction blocks which granted control of the related system. Previously (before this patch) if you destroyed the planet that had a faction block on it it would defection the system. Currently it isn't defactioning the system and taking more than one auto save to update the status of the destroyed planet on the galaxy map. Hotfix please or naw?
