Planet buggy's

Hi guys,

I think it's an good idea to add buggy's in the game, you start with 1 block you can buy from the shop and then you can build hull, weapons and of course wheels to it.

Buggy's can be used to ride on a planet and it should be cool to dock your buggy's to your ship to transport them.

for this to be practical they would also need to increase planet size, which is something im all for.

personally i think the whole game world should be scaled up by at least 100%
