Whenever you are getting clost to a planet, they spawn... not sure why...

set pirate accurasy to 0% in the server settings and they will just miss you :P

they have 99% accuary by default haha

Have you actually done this and it works? As far as I know It\'s not a percentage but 99% accuracy at X distance, mine is set to 1 and they are still snipers.
