Pirates...Need Help

I recentally started making a massive ship with my friend on a private server. Suddenly when we were almost done pirates appeared without warrning and destroyed the bottem half of the ship in seconds. Luckily i shutdown the server as fast as i could. I just want to know if there is a command to erase pirates or a command that would cause a rollback on the server.

Server.cfg has an option to turn enemies off.

Hi. when i try to open server.cfg it says i need to dowload something to use it or open with somethine else, so i used microsoft word. Then i changed enemy spawning to false and saved but when i went back to the sp server the pirates attacking me were still there
