Performance on a server

I'm a server jumper, moving from server to server to play. However, even on the best servers with the best connections, I'm still lagging out to constant bursts of "Server doesn't answer" messages. At least it's better than the TCP days, where bursts would last for about 2 minutes.

My connection is on the Philippines, with a normal ping of about 300-500, and about 2000-20000 and server doesn't answer messages to about 5-20 seconds during bursts.
