Orbital Defense Platforms

So, usually I like to stick to stationary objects, and just build bases, or parts of bases. However, I also realized that I would need a way to defend my home, so I decided to try my hand at a turret/orbital platform, and here is the result.

It\'s an Orbital Defense Platform. It\'s purpose is solely to protect the planet from threats coming from outside the planet. It\'s not mean to shoot towards the planet, which is why I then have ground defense cannons.

You may like to know that turrets do not need to be placed at a base. They can also just stand allone.

You can build turrets as large as you want, when they are docked they can turn at maximum speed.
