Simply put, nothing I change in the in-game options menu sticks. Nothing. I change things, they don't take effect. I close the game, and everything goes right back to the default values. I couldn't even shut off the tutorial until I turned it off using the launcher's options. Setting things from there seems to stick, but I can't change a thing in the game itself. Nothing takes effect and it all reverts to default values when I close the game and restart. I'm no programmer, but I think something in the configuration file is borked. It started happening right after the Pulse Weapon update. I tried a fresh install and that didn't fix it.
