OC Clocker and 10x Raderjamer Fix

Cloaker and the Radarjamer adding more block at a cearten point Power blocks it dos not matter the more you add and clockers and radarjamers does not work it just drains fast you should only beable to add one cloacker and radarjamer to Cloack your ship and hide it is heat sigcher. This does not help with a hug ship Like different kinds of cloacks for biger ships same with radarjamers.
