I did have one question. How is the server lag on this build server? I ask because long ago I remember running into some issues building in crowded servers.

Depends. Sometimes it's smooth af and sometimes there are lagspikes from hell, but that's rarely. But the overall-stability is good. No recent crashes afaik.
