Bug Not sure what's going on here for this type of crash

So A faction member added a group of ships to a fleet, than I came around and did the same trying to get them to all dock again and well crash storm happened.

it needed that 3 times to make it want to create a report and close ... i guess?

any LOD blocks in sight while you did that? (console. pipe, lightbar or that Mushroom?)

None I could see. Needless to say I was too busy trying to put a carrier and it's docked parts back together to check. Oh and the fleet was acting strange, some of the ships would dock and some wouldn't, not sure why. There might have been some asteroids nearby but not sure.
