I have windows 8, my pc runs every other game under the sun on the highest possible graphics, yet when I enter starmade, I see no text in any boxes. f1 shows a blank box, tutorial boxes are empty, the shop text and objects don't display. I can see the giant shop with the person in it, just no text except the non stop refreshing text to the left of the screen. I've tried both download versions, installing as admin, running in compatibility for windows 7 vista and xp, and each scenario with the lowest possible graphic settings, moderate and highest. Nothing works and at no time will text display. No one in chat seems to have experienced this.
