no faction homebase in normal galaxy

My suggestion is to basically make so faction Homebase exist In a sector outside the galaxy like the shipyards.

Some ideas for this

• The faction Homebase is only accessible by faction owned bases
• Any faction bases can access it
• Can only contain a limited amount of resources
• Can't manufacture materials
• Requires a constant supply of faction points to exist, maybe after a month of no faction points the sector is wiped from the server.
• Maybe when it is wiped from the server all the resource from the base is disturbed to specific points in the galaxy.

Yeah how about no?

Faction home bases the way they are now are literally the only thing that keeps this game playable in it's current form. Without it, one persistent enough player could effectively ban an entire server population from the server by destroying everything they have to the point they can no longer afford even the basic blocks to get out of the spawn sector.

One player could effectively ban anyone and everyone they wanted without admin powers of any kind.
